Pre-Draft: Grey Geometry

Ready in 1-2 weeks

(once all client assets received, depending on size and scope of work)

Hero Image 1 (1)

This is a greyscale/shaded model with no colors, textures, or final lighting. The focus is entirely on composition, camera angle, and modeling accuracy. Please review and provide feedback on:

Camera Angle & Composition

  • Is the desired view/angle correct? (e.g., height, distance, focal point)

  • Does the framing capture the key elements you want highlighted?

  • Are any important features cut off or poorly positioned?

Modeling Accuracy

  • Are all architectural elements correct (walls, windows, doors, rooflines, trim, etc.)?

  • Do built-ins, cabinetry, fireplaces, or custom features match the plans exactly?

  • Are proportions and scale accurate compared to floor plans or site photos?

Overall Layout & Flow

  • Does the spatial arrangement feel correct?

  • Are room sizes and relationships between spaces accurate?

Any Missing Elements

  • Are there any structural or architectural features missing that should be included?

Now colors, materials, and basic lighting are applied. As a reminder, angle changes are harder at this point, so please take that into consideration. Please review and provide feedback on:

Material Selection & Accuracy

  • Do exterior siding, roofing, stone, brick, and trim match your specified selections?

  • Are interior finishes (flooring, countertops, cabinet colors, wall paint) correct?

  • Are furniture pieces aligned with your specifications?

Color Accuracy

  • Are there any colors that appear off or need adjustment?

Basic Lighting & Mood

  • Does the time of day (daytime, dusk, evening) match your request?

  • Is the overall brightness and mood appropriate?

  • Are shadows falling naturally?

Reflections & Glass

  • Do windows reflect the environment appropriately?

  • Is glass transparency/tint correct?

Draft 2: Second (Final) Color Draft

Ready in 1-1.5 weeks

(depending on amount of edits requested and timeliness of comment submission)

Hero Image 1 (1)

This is the near-final version with furniture, accessories, landscaping, and final lighting refinements. Please review and provide feedback on:

Furniture & Virtual Staging

  • Is the furniture style and scale appropriate for the target market?

  • Are placements logical and appealing?

  • Any pieces you’d like added, removed, or swapped?

Landscaping & Exterior Details

  • Do plants, trees, mulch, and hardscaping match the community style?

  •  Are seasonal elements (flowers, leaves) appropriate?

Basic Lighting & Mood

  • Does the time of day (daytime, dusk, evening) match your request?

  • Is the overall brightness and mood appropriate?

  • Are shadows falling naturally?

Lifestyle & Accessory Details

  • Do towels, artwork, pillows, rugs, and décor enhance the space without overwhelming it?

  • Are lifestyle touches (books, fruit bowls, etc.) tasteful and on-brand?

Final Lighting & Atmosphere

  • Are interior/exterior lights balanced and realistic?

  • Any digital dusk enhancements or special lighting requests?

Overall Polish

  • Any small distractions (floating objects, odd reflections, etc.)?

  • Does the image feel inviting and ready to use in marketing?

This is your last opportunity for changes before final high-resolution delivery.

Final Delivery

Ready in 1-1.5 weeks

(depending on amount of edits requested and timeliness of comment submission)

Hero Image 1 (1)

At this stage, the project is considered complete. Any additional edit requests after final delivery will be treated as a new revision round and will incur additional fees, ranging from minor adjustment costs to the equivalent of a new rendering, depending on the scope of changes requested.

This ensures we maintain efficiency while delivering the premium quality you expect.

Note: If you also contracted for animation, that process will begin once all final assets have been approved and delivered.
